Being part of several buildings serving a large development in South West Florida, this Clubhouse acts as the main social gathering and activity hub.
The large number of users mandated that the building’s interior spaces appeal to most stylistically and that the finishes and materials be high resistant to wear and of easy maintenance.
The transitional contemporary style gives a sense of respite and freshness to the interiors upon entering from the sunny, yet hot and humid, surrounding environment.
Accessories and art work in blue, aqua and green are a direct connection to the area’s lush vegetation, lakes and nearby coastal beaches.
