Working with and removing part of the owners furnishings, and integrating with few new pieces and wall art to update the unit while minimizing pre-listing expenses was key in giving the small but complete condo unit a sense of more spaciousness. A subtle grey coat of paint gave a common thread throughout and helped to bring more light in.
Relocating the log style furnishing and dressing them in plush fabrics and pillows minimized the sense of heaviness intrinsic to this style.
The patio vignette illustrates the actual space that could be used as a seating area or a al fresco dinning during the beautiful mountain summer months.
